Unity Gifts builds bespoke props and replicas for collectors, museums, and creative projects. Here’s how we take an idea from concept to a finished, display-ready piece.
1) Brief and references
We start with your goal (display, handling, filming, or museum use), reference images, dimensions, and any deadlines.
2) Design and prototyping
Depending on the project, we’ll use digital design and/or traditional sculpting. Prototypes help confirm scale and details before final production.
3) Making the master
We create a high-quality master that captures the final surface detail. This can be produced via 3D printing, hand finishing, or a hybrid approach.
4) Mould making and casting
For repeatable parts, we produce silicone moulds and cast in resin (or other suitable materials) to achieve consistent results.
5) Finishing and paint
Finishing includes sanding, priming, painting, and weathering where needed—aimed at a durable, high-quality final look.
