These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of www.unitygifts.co.uk (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Unity Gifts (Yorkshire) LTD. This Site is an ecommerce website.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Sale of Goods And Services

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all goods and services available through our website.

Products

The following goods are offered for sale on our Site:

  • Props

  • Resin cast products

  • Giftware

  • Bespoke commissions

We are legally required to supply goods that conform to the description provided at the time of purchase, whether on our Site or through written correspondence between the parties.

Services

The following services are available:

  • Giftware production

  • 3D printing services

  • Prop making

  • Resin casting

  • Mould making

All services must be paid for in full at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments wholesale and retail

Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

  • Credit Card;

  • PayPal;

  • Debit; and

  • Manual payment processing.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Wholesale credit:  Credit is on a case by case basis for our standard products and determined at the quoting stage.

Wholesale and/or bespoke products require payment in full before any work is carried out 

Shipping and Delivery

Production Times

All Unity Gifts products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Production times vary depending on the item, complexity, and current order volume.

Estimated production timeframes are provided on the product page or confirmed via correspondence. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Dispatch & Delivery

Once completed, orders will be dispatched using a reputable courier service selected at our discretion, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery timeframes provided by couriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Industrial action

  • Weather disruption

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers.

Risk & Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • The delivery address is accurate and complete

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel where required

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

 

Missed Deliveries & Failed Attempts

If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, the courier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place

  • Deliver to a neighbour

  • Return the parcel to a depot

  • Return the parcel to us

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information, additional postage charges may apply before re-dispatch.

 

Damaged Parcels in Transit

All items are carefully packaged to minimise risk of damage.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, you must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the packaging and item

Failure to report transit damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to claim against the courier.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

International Orders

For international deliveries:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees.

  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on customs processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement 

Made-to-Order & Personalised Items

All products sold by Unity Gifts are made to order. We do not hold stock.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke, custom-made, or personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. This means you do not have the automatic right to cancel, return, or receive a refund if you change your mind once production has begun.

By placing an order for a made-to-order or personalised item, you acknowledge and agree to this exemption.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

If your item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is faulty

  • Is not as described

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a full refund if the goods are faulty. After 30 days, we reserve the right to offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We may require the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of agreement or receipt of returned goods (where applicable).

Other exempt products

All crowns made by Unity Gifts are exempt under the CCR due to each crown being made to fit.  We require head-sizes when placing your order.  We do not offer a standard size. 

Quotations

Quotes in regard to multiples of a product will be staggered to ensure that both parties are in agreement and understand the need for wholesale prices.  Our quoted prices are determined based on volume, leveraging wholesale purchasing advantages and incorporating costs whether our own or outsourced.
