5 Step process

1: Have a clear understanding of what you want.

For example: Fully assembled or un-assembled prop, batch printed parts, what type of 3D Print? Resin printing or the traditional FDM. Complete service from design to prototype, final finish in resin casts (yes we offer a resin casting service) the list is endless!

 

2: Contact us by submitting this form outlining your requirements

 

We'll let you know if it can be done.​ **If you require our design service** Please send photos, drawings and dimensions of what exactly you'd like creating in 3D.

 

3: If it can be done and you have an .STL or 3MF 3D image file - send it to us to be printed. 

 

4: If you don't have a 3D file and want to use of of ours, or have one designed, this will have been discussed as per #2.

 

5: Make payment and receive finished products.

Unity Gifts 3D Printing

Our 3D printing service is second to none and we guarantee quality results every time - We cater for Low, medium and high quality prints. Traditional FDM and resin (SLA printing)

 

An example of an FDM low quality print we suggest would be used for prototype models and will cost you less.

Higher quality builds take longer to complete because of the layer height of the PLA plastic.

High quality builds are usually at 0.12 mm with 3/4 perimeters and appox 25% infill density.

 

​You only pay for the time spent building your model - PLA filament/Resin is covered by us.

If you have an STL, or 3MF file - send it to us and we'll quote you.

We have a number of options when it comes to size, We currently use (Along with other printers) A Creality print mill which means one axis has an infinite print length.

​

**REMEMBER** The higher the quality, the longer the build.

​Filament colours are different across varying manufacturers, so the colour you specify in the drop down may vary in shade.
