As we've mentioned, orders can take 28 days and sometimes longer depending on the complexity. You'll find how long in the products description but we aim to have orders shipped within 2 weeks.

Standard retail figurines: Approximately 2 weeks but can take up to 28 days during busy periods, but we'll let you know if that's the case. Wholesale orders (typically £500+): Around 4 weeks 3D printing orders: This all depends on quantity and your CAD designs. Props can vary significantly but at the quoting stage, we'll give you a good idea.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you tracking information via email. We primarily use Royal Mail and UPS for shipping.
