About Unity Gifts
For more than 35 years, Unity Gifts has been creating handcrafted figurines, replica memorabilia and bespoke commissions from our Yorkshire workshop.

Our Story
Unity Gifts traces its roots back to Yorkshire in 1989, when the original workshop began producing distinctive handcrafted figurines made using coal. These early pieces celebrated Yorkshire’s industrial heritage and quickly became popular with collectors and those looking for meaningful, unique gifts.
As demand grew, the business expanded into bespoke commissions, producing personalised awards, niche figurines and custom pieces for organisations, collectors and businesses. The focus was always the same: craftsmanship, originality and attention to detail.

Over the years the company changed ownership several times, but the heart of the business remained unchanged — a small Yorkshire workshop dedicated to producing high-quality, handcrafted pieces with character and authenticity.

In 2020, Unity Gifts entered a new chapter when it was acquired by its current owner Tom, as previous owner Adrian stepped back into semi-retirement. With nearly a decade of experience in prop making and fabrication, Tom recognised the potential to combine the company’s traditional craft roots with modern digital tools.

Today, Unity Gifts blends traditional sculpting and mould making with CAD design, resin casting and 3D printing, allowing the workshop to create everything from collectible figurines and bespoke awards to museum replicas, film props and custom commissions.

Operating from a workshop in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, Unity Gifts now works with collectors, businesses, museums and heritage organisations to produce unique pieces that cannot be found anywhere else.

Despite the evolution of the business, the philosophy remains the same as it was in 1989:
to create distinctive, high-quality pieces that are crafted with care and built to last.

Looking ahead, Unity Gifts plans to gradually expand its range of collectibles and replica pieces, particularly within the military and historical sectors, while continuing to develop its capabilities in prop fabrication and digital design. Long-term plans also include opening a retail space where visitors can explore the workshop’s creations in person.

More than three decades after its beginnings, Unity Gifts continues to honour its Yorkshire roots while embracing new technologies — combining heritage craftsmanship with modern fabrication to create truly unique objects.

At Unity Gifts we believe that craftsmanship matters.
